New York: The Viking Press, 1962, first edition, signed on a tipped-in sheet attached by photo tabs to the front free endpaper, additionally signed by Tom Wolfe on the half-title: "Tom Wolfe is a groove and a gas- Ken Kesey," laid into the book are programs from a Vanderbilt University Program and a Certificate of Authenticity for Kesey's signature, 8-1/4 x 6 in., with dust jacket very good in a good dust jacket with a bit of rubbing, tape repair verso, a little loss at the extremities, some edgewear, a bit of spine-fading, still a reasonable copy.
