Illustrated and Signed by Rockwell Kent New York: Random House, 1930, first trade edition of this sought-after version of one of the greatest American novels, signed by Kent on the front free endpaper, in original dust jacket, 7-1/4 x 5-3/4 in. bookplate on the front pastedown, otherwise very good in original black cloth lettered and decorated in silver and in a very good pictorial dust jacket with a bit of wear at the extremities, a tiny bit of loss at the front top corner and top of the spine, and one scratch at the bottom of the back of the jacket, still quite lovely.
