Place de la Republique, signed lower left "Ed. Cortès", inscribed verso in pencil with two addresses including the artist's, colorman stamp "The Paris American Art Co....Paris", oil on artist board, 6-1/4 x 8-5/8 in.; carved and gilt wood frame, 11-1/4 x 13-1/2 in.
Note: Edouard Cortès was able to purchase property at 22 rue Macheret in Lagny, inscribed verso, as a home for himself and his mother.

The NC Sales Tax will not apply to any items being shipped out of state (unless the client resides in North Carolina) or to those clients with a resale tax number.
