toning, some fading, light foxing, burned holes to upper left hand side, some areas of text that have been inked in, abrasions and wear to surface (including areas where text is abraded), paper portion with ribbon and seal cover up the bottom margin of document (including some text and date), small hole on center crease, not examined out of frame; frame with wear and pest damage
