probably Italian, 17th/18th century, the thick removable top with battened ends, frieze inset with two dovetailed drawers, traces of early surface, 32-3/4 x 82-3/4 x 32-1/2 in. stretchers and turned feet replaced, formerly fitted with a third central drawer (now removed), some restorations to drawer secondary, scattered pest damage with some associated losses including to battens for top and skirt moldings, top with sun fading, superficial burns and other stains and flaws.
