Continental, early 19th century, oval top with bookmatched figured walnut veneers, finished on all sides, one side of skirt with single drawer, other side with two drawers, resting on four carved and gilt stork figures, standing on a rocky plinth, 30 x 27 x 17-1/2 in.
very good condition overall, typical cracks and separations to moldings and veneers, some gilding losses and other minor flaws to bird figures, other minor repairs and surface flaws
