probably German, mid-19th century, figured light wood veneers, top with inset brown writing surface, two cabinet doors, one opening to a shelved interior and one to dovetailed drawers, 30-1/2 x 65 x 65 in. generally good restored condition, minor repairs at escutcheons, writing surface replaced (composition), top with some finish distress and minor cracks at banding, polished surface with scattered light wear and abrasions, other minor veneer repairs and typical surface flaws.
