German or Austrian, early 19th century, tablet-form top with black-painted stylized leaf decoration over a rectangular mirror plate, conforming lower black-painted decorated panel, ebonized moldings, 56-3/4 x 27-1/4 in. warping to tablet panels, possible enhancement to black paint decoration, some distress to silvering on mirror plate (plate possibly original but not removed).
