probably Vienna, circa 1830s, writing or bed table, shaped top with bookmatched veneers, column-form support with ratchet mechanism allowing top to be raised, base set with brass casters, 31-1/4 x 44 x 22-1/4 in., good restored condition, minor cracks, veneer patches and other scattered veneer repairs, some cracks and separations at edge moldings, casters replaced, ratchet mechanism in good working order.
