Pre-Raphaelite Portrait of a Woman in Elizabethan Style White Gown Playing a Mandolin, signed upper left "C.W. Allers 1890/Meiningen/Thekla", inscribed verso "V.B. Kir 258", pastel on fabric wrapped around paperboard, 57 x 37-1/8 in.; original fine stenciled and incised panel frame with gilt, stylized ivy garland, 68-3/4 x 48-1/2 in.
