probably British, 18th century, with shaped arms over two pierced splats, column supports, upholstered slip seats on molded square legs, 31 x 30-1/2 x 25 in. - Provenance: Private Virginia Collection
generally good overall, possibly original slip seat, break and repair to central column support, loss to molding at back of one splat, minor cracks to splats, crack at front leg with some color retouch, upholstery with minor stains and wear, typical cracks and separations at back rest
