probably American, late 18th century, scrolled crest and base, old distressed mirror plate with molded surround, poplar back boards, 38-3/4 x 20 in.

very good condition with old dry surface, distress to silvering on mirror plate (possibly original, not removed for exam), original back boards, very minor scratches and surface flaws
