18th/19th centtury, glazed elephant with famille rose decorated caparison with bats over ocean waves and a ruyi border, turned head with curled trunk, old label reads "Elinor Gordon/Oriental Lowestoft/Villanova, PA", 7-1/2 x 10 in.
missing top section, most likely a candlestick, restoration to tip of one trunk, minimal scattered loss to decoration
