Pants Chinese, probably 19th century, both pieces with embroidered roundels of birds and flowers, finely embroidered butterflies throughout, multiple brocaded borders at sleeves, pant legs and jacket opening, silk on silk with metallic thread accents, 32 x 24 in., black fabric, possibly silk mat; later frame fading, light scattered stains, appears to be stitched to mat fabric, not examined out of frame.
