English, 1752-1758, porcelain scalloped-edge bowl and plate painted in brocaded Imari design with central chrysanthemum spray surrounded by wide segmented border of textile patterns, mons and stylized flowers in underglaze blue, iron-red, green and gilding, large underglaze blue double circle on bottom with three spur marks, bowl 1-1/2 x 9-1/4 in., some crackling in glaze verso, short hairlines from rim, slight wear to enamel colors and gilding, plate 9-1/2 in., small chip on front rim, slight wear to enamel and gilding .
