Bohemian, 3rd quarter 19th century, exotic “windows” cut through white layer, further decorated with gilding within the “windows,” original matching stopper, 7-1/2 in. crack to white layer at neck during manufacture (does not affect value), chip to side of stopper, loss of gilding, chips to rim interior.
