Swiss, late 19th century, having steel instrument workings, contained within a rectangular box having hinged lid and carved with cherub, leaf scroll, and floral medallion design, on a carved trestle base with carved stretcher support, 9-1/2 x 24 x 16 in. good condition overall, comb appears to be intact, working at time of exam, case in good condition with only minor surface flaws
