Quanyin with Attendant, Converted to Table Lamp Chinese, late 19th/early 20th century, Quanyin dressed in elaborate gown and holding a ruyi scepter, with attendant and standing on a rocky mound, surrounded by a garland, 8 x 4-1/4 x 1-1/8 in., on finely carved floral-decorated stand en suite, 1-3/4 in., on stepped gilt metal oval platform base, with a finely carved leaf-form green jadeite finial, overall height of lamp, 21 in., jade with internal fractures and cracks visible on reverse of Quanyin and base of attendant and at neck and head extending to top of head, no visible losses; loss to base of wood stand, platform base drilled and electrifie, finial loose at metal attachment.
