British, 19th century, finely modeled, paint decorated, set onto an original mahogany stand with turned feet, set on a custom black finished metal stand, attached plaque inscribed "HMS Emerald, 36 Gun Frigate... lacking masts (possibly as made), losses to several small baluster forms at front deck, probably lacking life boat at one side, surface wear and minor paint losses now set with two removable stabilizing brace sides to underside
