recently conserved and in good condition, upholstery replaced (accompanied by extensive documentation regarding conservation, and accompanied by original upholstery), minor shrinkage and separation at one front corner bracket, typical bumps and edge wear to frame, with some wear at arm tops, other typical scattered flaws
