(American, born 1943)Night Tower, 1984, edition 97/200, signed lower right "B McCombs 84", etching, image size, 22 x 27-1/2 in.; modern brass frame, 35-1/4 x 42-1/2 in. - Note: White Tower was an iconic chain that was known for their $.32 hamburgers, light blue waitress uniforms, and fortress like buildings. It was founded in 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and had over 250 locations by the 1950s. The last location in Toledo, Ohio is still operational and the butterburger sandwich now costs $4.99. - Provenance: A North Carolina Collector
