16 gauge, SN SS34848, 26-3/4 in. barrel, "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY, ST. LOUIS, Mo." on left of barrel with Belgian hallmarks, receiver engraved "SWEET SIXTEEN" and "BROWNING" with flourish, checkered walnut forend and pistol grip stock, browning buttplate, LOP 14-1/4, 47 in. overall

evidence of heavy use to wooden and metal components, loss to most of original surface on barrel with abrasions and oxidation, bright bore with frosting in the end, loss of original surface to receiver with minor abrasions, loss of finish to parts of wooden components with miniscule hairlines to forend, abrasions, chip, and staining to stock, action and trigger appear to function normally
