circa 1690, manner of Thomas Pistor, molded cornice, bolection frieze drawer, paneled doors open to a well fitted and inlaid interior with a bank of drawers surrounding a central cabinet with recessed drawers, later base likely 18th century with drawer and barley twist supports, shaped stretcher, ball feet, 71-3/4 x 48 x 21-3/4 in.

Condition

structurally sound and in a fine state of overall preservation, veneer repairs throughout, small veneer losses, veneer shrinkages throughout, later hardware, upper case interior drawers with old paper lining, base with a rear section of missing veneer at rear return and small veneer losses along stretcher, other general wear as expected with age and use

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received.
