Turkmenistan, late 20th century, repeated octagon/medallion (Elephant Foot) pattern on brown strip cloth, black border on right and left with embroidery in yellow, orange, white, and blue in staggered squares creating a grid, piece is made of 12 total strips of cloth sewn together, 43-1/2 x 116 in.
