late 19th/20th century, probably a signal cannon, brass barrel on brass base with wheels, breech opens to insert primer into rear of barrel, some parts of firing mechanisms appear to be missing, approximately .50 caliber bore, approximately 12-1/2 in. overall with 9-7/8 in. barrel (uncluding unhinged breech).
