Ebonized Three-Drawer Commode
probably Berlin, circa 1830, bookmatched figured veneers, ebonized molding on front, dovetailed drawers, central drawer with arched inset panel facing up, 31-1/2 x 32-1/2 x 19-1/2 in., finish scratches, stains and wear overall, top with minor warping, later drawer pull (lower drawers with small central plugged holes from previous pulls), scattered veneer patches and repairs, cracks and repairs to facing of upper drawer.
