Notes: Text on justification page: "The illustrations were produced in facsimile in Paris by a combination of lithography, collotype and hand-stencilling in the workshops of the Imprimerie Mourlot for the lithography and of MM. Hourdebaigt and Crampe for the colloype and stencil. Collotype and hand-stencilling were also used for the reproduction of the manuscript pages and illuminated chapter headings. The gold lettering which forms part of the title-page motif as produced in serigraphy by Thierry, Paris. The editorial matter was handset in Gramond and printed by the Imprimerie La Ruche, Paris. The binding was by Engel, Malakoff...The volume was produced under the supervision of the Artist and Arnold Fawcus...".
