Brussels, second half 16th century, depicting courtiers and nobles in a hunting and pastoral scene, in foreground center, a group of two women and one man in stride, at left a grouping of two men with rifles, a hound dog and a woman with a basket and holding a bird in one hand, at right is a woman, sitting with her hand in an urn, in conversation with a man standing over her, landscape depicts trees and a winding stream, at center in the background a castle and men on horses, additional figures with dogs in background, border depicts vignettes with aristocratic and allegorical or Classically posed female figures, floral and foliate bouquets in urns in between border figures, 101 x 177 in. (8 ft. 5 in. x 14 ft. 9 in.)

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
