Two Scottish or English silhouette portraits: Two Children, 9 x 8 in. (sight), and A Gentleman with Tophat, crop in hand, 9-7/8 x 4-1/4 in. (sight), both signed "Aug. Edouart fecit 1829" and one inscribed "No 111 Regent Circus", two cut out black ink paper applied to cream wove paper; matching black lacquer frames with eglomisé mats,. Condition: both with light toning, foxing, and fly speck, slight loss to boy's dress, not removed from frames; frames with abrasions.
