(British, died 1844)Three blue tinted silhouette portraits: facing woman and child exchanging posies; gentleman with top hat and walking stick facing left, inscribed in pencil verso "Mr. Goddard" ; young child with toy, painted in watercolor with gold highlights on card, 10 x 8 in. to 7-1/2 x 5-1/2 in. (sight), later matching stained wood frames  Note:Crowhurst was known for his blue tinting that is advertised as "work embellished in Wedgwood blue." He also used "Chinese white" and gold paint for highlights.
