early 20th century, pagoda-hipped roof with pineapple handle atop, stamped brass floral devices on each panel, four-compartment interior within ebonized and maple frame, two cut crystal decanters with stoppers, two additional matching stoppers, glass over faux tortoise (celluloid) center, platform base, 20-1/2 in., lacking two decanters, one beveled glass panel at side cracked, one side with old reglue and separation.
