French, early 20th century, finely modeled blown tortoiseshell glass bottle with cut and gilt stopper, gilt metal surround with Art Deco columns and stylized floral basket stretchers, stamped "France" on metal base, 8-1/2 in., stopper with minor gilt losses, interior base of stopper with small chip, bottle and frame in good condition.
