late 19th/early 20th century, open-faced, intact glass crystal, subseconds dial, with 5-1/4 in. bracelet attachment, both case and bracelet gold filled, case interior marked "Illinois Watch Case Co. Elgin Guaranteed Ramona, 20 Years, double Stock 5223618, 10 1/2", movement is nickle finish and marked "Cretets W Co Swiss, 7 Jls, 1 adj, Olga", movement working at time of examination. Condition: dial with tarnish, small brown spotting on dial, some wear to case. Provenance: Private Collection, Atlanta, Georgia
