New England, early 18th century, birch and other mixed woods with dovetailed and rosehead nail construction, pine secondary throughout and traces of early red wash and ebonizing, possibly original engraved escutcheons and brass drop pulls, on probably original turned feet, 35-1/4 x 37-1/4 x 21 in.. Condition: surface has been lightly cleaned with probable retouch to ebony and red, otherwise good condition with minor chips and losses to feet and other scattered minor flaws.
