marble top original but broken and repaired (resurfaced), otherwise good condition with old dry surface, typical scattered minor shrinkage cracks and separations, some varnish distress, mirror plate possibly replaced (not removed for exam), some very minor carving losses, losses to beaded brass appliques at stretcher, one front toe lacking applique
