19th century, rectangular form, hinged lid with oval fan inlay and brass pull opening to divided, lidded, three compartment tin and paper lined interior, front with inlaid escutcheon and spread winged eagle decoration, on shaped bracket feet, 6-1/2 x 10-7/8 x 5-1/2 in.
