possibly Maryland, late 18th century, molded cornice over two paneled doors opening to shelved interior, lower case with three dovetailed long drawers with original eagle-decorated brass door pulls (bails stamped "HJ"), original cornice molding and dovetailed straight bracket feet, undisturbed backboards, pine secondary throughout, mellow brown color, 75-1/2 x 43-1/2 x 20-1/2 in., very good condition, waist molding replaced, minor losses and repairs at some moldings and drawer and door lips, other scattered minor flaws.
