probably Pennsylvania, late 18th century, with battened top over single dovetailed drawer, poplar and pine secondary, tapered legs, 28 x 35 x 26 in., Provenance: Estate of James Frank Dennis, High Point, North Carolina
top possibly associated and with later chamfering at underside edges, some glue repairs and later bracing to interior at leg joints, some pins for top broken, top with wear, abrasions, and planed area (probably repairing a burn)
