Morris Bridgeton" (Bridgeton, New Jersey, circa 1810), the painted dial with seconds hand and date aperture, eight-day brass works, floral-painted spandrels and painted moon dial, waisted case with highly figured veneers and broken-arch pediment set with burlwood rosettes, with weights and pendulum, 87 x 19 x 10 in., moon phase dial with extensive repainting, the dial otherwise generally good condition with even crackle and some small areas of loss, minor cracks at swan's neck and to hood door, feet replaced, sun fading to case, other scattered minor flaws.
