Pennsylvania or New Jersey, circa 1800, arched painted dial with date aperture and seconds sweep, brass movement, set in a waisted case with scrolled pediment, highly figured mahogany veneers, period pendulum, key, winder, and weights, 92-3/4 x 20-1/2 x 9-3/4 in.

Condition

dial in good condition with even crackle and scattered minor distress, repainting to date wheel, top three inches of pediment scrolls restored, case uprights extended (works and case possibly married), bottom board and rear foot facings restored
