New York or New Jersey, circa 1800, arched and painted dial, brass, eight day movement, inlaid waisted case with scrolled pediment, pendulum, two weights, and key are present, 92 x 21-1/2 x 11 in. painted dial with crackle and some paint losses, probably  original saddle board, cracks and repairs to scroll pediment and central finial plinth, lacking central finial and outer finials likely replaced, some warping and cracks to veneers at base, minor molding loss at one case side, feet possibly slightly trimmed, break at bottom board, other typical minor cracks and surface flaws
