probably Pennsylvania or Maryland, circa 1800, mahogany veneers with maple and other mixed primary woods, graduated dovetailed drawers with poplar secondary, probably original brass drawer pulls, French feet, 38-1/2 x 45-1/2 x 21-3/4 in. largely original feet with scattered patches and repairs, loss at one toe, roughness at skirt with scattered veneer chips and repairs, some veneer losses to banded edge of top, drawer pulls with some corrosion and scattered distress, other typical cracks, wear, roughness and minor repairs
