probably New York, early 19th century, upper case with molded cornice and glazed doors opening to adjustable shelved interior, lower case with finely fitted butler's desk centering an urn inlaid prospect door, above three graduated long drawers, highly figured mahogany veneers with line inlay, set on French feet, 92-1/2 x 45-1/2 x 23 in.

feet and brasses replaced, small holes from previous escutcheons (now removed), scattered cracks to door glazing, shrinkage and minor warping to glazed doors (later central molding), some interior valance elements off but present
