Boston, circa 1815, figured mahogany, top with two deep drop leaves on hinged reeded legs with brass paw casters, poplar and pine secondary with mahogany gates, 28-1/2 x 52 x 16-1/2 in. (opens to 71-1/2 in.) excellent condition throughout, frame likely retains its original finish, leaf supports with red stain and underside of legs with metal braces, both likely as made, very minor cracks and one small loss at rule joints, very minor warping, surface wear and stains consistent with age and use
