mid/late 18th century, tapered cylindrical form with molded bands, dome top, scroll thumbpiece, urn and flame finial, later spout added over coat of arms, marks for Benjamin Hurd (Boston, Massachusetts, working 1761-1769 and Halifax, Nova Scotia, working 1769-1781), 30.61 oz. T., 8-3/4 x 8-1/2 x 5 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges.
