Cupboard Pennsylvania or Virginia, late 18th/early 19th century, two-piece construction, elaborate architectural moldings with reeded panels and relief-carved fans in upper corners, two eight-glazed doors opening to a shaped shelved interior, conforming lower case with two paneled doors, shelved interior, original feet, yellow pine secondary, rich brown color, one backboard with carved initials "H.F.", 95-1/2 x 63 x 29 in., excellent condition overall, strip patch at one backboard, minor surface wear and abrasions. Provenance: Deaccessioned from the Collection of the National Trust for Historic Preservation
