Night Drum, signed "Allan Houser 83", with foundry stamps, edition 5/12, bronze with wood base, 10 x 19 x 13 in.
Notes: Allan Houser was a great nephew of the Apache Chief, Geronimo and the grandson of his interpreter. He is widely regarded as one of most important influences on modern native American sculptors. This lot is accompanied by the original receipt.
