(1676-1740), Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, Land Grant for land in Essex County, Virginia, 1714, a land grant signed by Spotswood to Samuel Dickinson (?) with a circular embossed seal in the upper left corner, 13 x 18-1/4 in., good only with evidence of folding, some loss to the paper at the folds, small amounts of loss on the outer edges, and obvious water damage.
