attributed to London, possibly Vauxhall, circa 1690, deep bowl with everted rim, the interior painted in blue and ochre, a half length royal portrait of King William III in coronation robes, with initials "WR", all within blue concentric circles, zig zag decoration along the rim, foot rim with pierced hole, 3-1/4 x 8-5/8 in.
