East Harwich, Massachusetts, circa 1915, early branded full bodied hen with crossed, raised primaries, incised tail and bill carving, slightly turned head with glass eyes, incised nail, rasped finish detail on head and breast, oval brand "A. Elmer Crowell/Decoys/East Harwich, Mass" at base, several accession marks and labels at base, including 1969.1.53 (accessioned 1969), 6-1/4 x 13-1/4 x 7 in.
